وصلت للشقة ولكن تم اغلاق الهاتف وانتظرت ساعتين في الشارع والطقس بارد وعند التسكين
طلبت منهم فتح قفل التكيف لي اتحكم وتم رفض ذالك واخبروني سيتم التحكم عن بعد و جلست 6 ايام في حر وعدم توفر اوكسجين لا انصح في السكن

I could not give this 5 stars
While the location and apartment layout are very good getting locked into the apartment for more than an hour was not. The entry door knob and lock do not work correctly and need immediate replacement. The owners responded within an hour but this does not mean it was not dangerous. I cannot recommend anyone stay there until permanent replacement of the door

Five star apartment but app bug
When composing an email to ‘enquiries’ via the app, unless you select a ‘from’ address the email will appear to send but won’t actually go anywhere and will be lost.

Royal Mile Apt
Super apartment! High spec. Kitchen a real bonus and spacious enough as only 3 of us. My mums special 70th birthday and it was memorable… location spot on !!!
