Different prices from website
The app does not allow me to buy child tickets, on the Edinburgh trams website I can get 2 adults and up to 3 under 16’s for £9 whereas I would need 3 adult tickets so £12.60 on the app. Meanwhile app day tickets are £4.20 whereas the website is £5

Password doesn’t populate
App is ok despite being part of one group of companies Edinburgh Trams and Buses have 2 apps. This one doesn’t, like every other app, recognise the password so you have to remember it’s passenger-app if you ever get logged out of the app.
Really nice, useful app
I’ve been using the app for quite a while now and really appreciate the simplicity and ease of use. A couple of taps and I’m ready to travel. Then, when tickets run out, a couple of taps and I’ve reloaded using Apple Pay.
Bumped into a member of the marketing team at the Ingliston tram stop today (she was promoting the Tap Off initiative) and got chatting about the app. It was genuinely lovely to speak to someone who really cares about the customer experience and what can be offered through the app. Brightened my day so much.

Great ticket app - iPhone brightness needs fixed
Apps works well. Simple and effective but it turns iPhone brightness to almost max when you open the app. It then leaves the phone stuck on this despite closing the app or switching away. Have a word with Starbucks they’ve managed to sort theirs. Please fix this to make it perfect.
Apple wallet
Really great app. Works well but I miss apple wallet for easy access
