Waste of time

After I made an account that required my email information, It didn’t let me use the app without paying an expensive price. And they didn’t let me delete my account with them oncr I saw literally everything was behind a paywall

Was good

Was good but after meeting or selling to fleur. App is buggy. Can’t upload pictures. Have to find a work around for an ad to be able to access content. Says it’s free but will lock you down by saying you must upgrade. can’t access my assets anymore. Things constantly deleting.

App locked up and unresponsive

Loaded app and went through set up. Screen says “your workspace is ready” and we’re stuck on that screen. The end.

They force you to pay a subscription with a pop that cannot be closed

I used this app for a while before it started forcing users to pay an overpriced subscription just to use the app. Now I'm going to delete my account with them and find an alternative, because a popup for a subscription that has no option to close is unacceptable.

I made an account years ago and I’ve had this app for a long time but now it says my account never existed even if I put my password and email so all of my collages are gone now so thanks for deleting my account Desygner

Payant obligatoire

Avant l’appli disposait d’une version gratuite très complète, désormais on est obligé de payé pour y accéder et c’est pas donné, autant changer d’application malheureusement

Not as good as it used to be

It’s not as good as it used to be now that they are pretty much forcing a subscription now, the weekly doesn’t look bad but it can get costly overtime. Just another business or whatever falling greed.

Can not access account!!

I already have an account and don’t want to upgrade but the ad for upgrading prevents the use of the app. This needs to be fixed. App is unusable unless you want to upgrade to a paid plan so all of your content is held hostage…which is illegal since that is not what you signed up for.

It doesn’t let me use it anymore

I tried opening the app and now it’s just FORCING the option to pay for using it when it was just optional and I’ve never had this problem before. That needs to be fixed or removed as soon as possible.

Do not bother

Impossible to use, doesn’t remember what you have worked on, requires you to log in thru 2 screens after navigating away from page, poor resolution images, doesn’t save projects in logical fashion. AI generation is patchy. Frustrating time wasting experience.

Assinatura cancelada, mas cobrança realizada

Fiz o cancelamento dentro do período de teste gratuito, porém ainda assim houve cobrança no meu cartão. Além disso, ao gerenciar assinaturas não existe a opção de solicitar reembolso, o que fere a transparência exigida pelo Código de Defesa do Consumidor. Solicito estorno imediato do valor cobrado e registro este relato para fins de eventual denúncia junto aos órgãos competentes.

App always erases

Every time I make anything the app erases and I gotta start over. So many bugs on this so many issues with keeping your design and uploading your design and logging in this app is really easy to use when you’re making the flyer or document but once you make the document there’s pretty much no way to get it out the way that you got it.

Good and bad

I think the app itself can be useful in terms of ease of use, but the fact that certain (imo) mandatory features are hidden behind a paywall takes away from the casual user who only wants to make simple edits that one can even do on a FREE site already.

The app itself is also hilariously unoptimised. This may be an apple issue, but after making 5 very simple images the “data” (cache) used was almost 30gb, this is insane.

Could be great with some changes, but I’d hazard a guess that there are better options out there, especially if you are prepared to pay. I don’t think this developer is particularly invested anymore.

Lost everything

I was sent an email at the beginning of the year about something but it went to my junk mail and I am just now getting to it on the 26th of January and in the email (that was in my junk mail) it says something about AI and that my account will be permanently deleted on the 12th of January…. I feel like this should have been an important thing to my inbox instead of being in junk mail. I’ve used this app literally since it first came out and the fact everything is completely gone makes me never want to touch this app every again
