進めなくなった

バルブを探すミッションで、探して付けたら噴水の水がひいて中の鍵が取れるはずなのにバルブをつけたらミッションをやり遂げたことになってしまい、タップしても戻れない。
もちろん持ち物に鍵もないし、鍵は手に入ってないのに、噴水はクリアしたことになってるからこれ以上進めない。
楽しいアプリ見つけたのに消すしかないのかな。
何か方法あったら教えてほしい
