I checked a flight I know had a 1-hour delay. The app flight statue showed it departed on time, and the flight tracking showed the plane was one state away already. I checked with my daughter, who was a passenger after I used the app, and she hadn't even boarded yet. The status and tracking are clearly not real time, but rather served up from a database of how the flight status should be, if it were on schedule. I want a refund. I deleted the app.
