Needs Improvement
I’m only this morning getting updates for a flight that started and concluded LAST NIGHT!! I love the parking and security info, but based on these late notifications, I’m wondering if the other information was accurate/correct/helpful or was it just coincidence.
Don't bother
This app did not work at all. Did not sink the directions, didn't want to open from the beginning. I wish there was a minus star.
Decent map but...
...not very helpful in easily locating restaurants and shops on the map. It isn't designed for it. Fix it, as most people want to easily see food places on the map as the main function.
Incompetence
The surface lots at C are SunpASS or EpASS only. Neither GOAA or SunpASS will accept responsibility if there is an issue. It’s unbelievable how difficult both useless agencies make it to use. GOAA has to staff people at the entrance to shoo users away because the interface is SOOOO bad. Of course, nobody will take accountability because they don’t have to. F em ALL.

GARBAGE
What else can one expect from the pencil pushing rectal scratchers at GOAA. The incompetence knows no bottom. Nobody ever answers a phone or returns a voice message. The five hour 8 martini lunch is the norm at GOAA. Sponging off the public economic system is the name of the game. I’d rather drive to Miami and use that abortion than MCO.
