I had no problem installing and using the app. Saved a lot of money on tolls. Would definitely use again.
Scam
I disputed charges that were not mine and asked for additional information. After submitting those details, all of my emails were ignored, and received no response or update regarding my dispute.
Basic and won’t update
First booking crashed had to rebook while at airport then Wouldn’t let update payment info
Avoid these
I handed my toll pass back at about 16:30 on the 18th may and due to take off at 20:30. I accidentally did the return date of the pass on the 19th but knowing I was leaving on the 18th at 20:30 I thought oh it’ll be fine the pass has been handed back end of. Well no. A staff member must have seen it was active and took liberties and used it. Racked up over ten dollars and the company are refusing to acknowledge this. The fact I was out of the country which I proved but still didn’t matter. I’d have been cheaper keeping the pass and paying the fine. The company are full of crooks

Toll pass works, app is garbage
Toll pass works well, I am always charged accurately. I fly into MCO almost monthly and once they “close” your account from a prior trip, they close your WHOLE account and when I try and log back in with the same email, it tells me the account is closed. Infuriating and an absolute waste of time. My husband works in software architecture and could fix whatever bug causes that glitch in 20 seconds.
