Room for improvement
The app needs some love and attention. You will get notifications of train delays but when you open the app, you cannot see the notifications. You actually have to go out to the website to see them. If they do any work at all behind the scenes, the app loses your tickets and will tell you that they exist on another device and ask you if you want to retrieve them. This happened for weeks recently. The app is functional most of the time, it just needs a little love to be great.

“unable to access the app”
I can’t turn off notifications, as in other apps. Deleted the app and I still get notifications. When I click on the notification I get the message “unable to access…”. When I attempt to reinstall the only option is “Open”. When I click open Im right back to unable to access. I need to scrub this app. Searching for options.

Lost my passes twice
I would lose all the unactivated passes. Purchased two passes and used one. The other one I left in activated and lost that one the next day. This happened twice already.
Poor experience
It hangs lots

I love that I can buy my tickets and preview my train schedules to and from my destination.
