“unable to access the app”
I can’t turn off notifications, as in other apps. Deleted the app and I still get notifications. When I click on the notification I get the message “unable to access…”. When I attempt to reinstall the only option is “Open”. When I click open Im right back to unable to access. I need to scrub this app. Searching for options.

Lost my passes twice
I would lose all the unactivated passes. Purchased two passes and used one. The other one I left in activated and lost that one the next day. This happened twice already.

I love that I can buy my tickets and preview my train schedules to and from my destination.
Great if and when it works
I regularly can’t access my monthly pass. I almost got kicked off because of it. It only works about 1/3 of the time.

Logs me out
It logged me out all the time. Then when I try to log back and it tells me the app is not working or it’s been disabled. I will buy a ticket for my son and when he looks on his app under under the same account it does not show up.

Great option
I love taking the SunRail to & from work daily. Not only does it save me time, but money & wear on my car. I buy a monthly ticket for the discount so I save even more money!! Definitely beats sitting in traffic during rush hours!

New Sunrail App
I really like the new Sunrail App. It is so much easier to purchase my monthly pass on it and also to get notifications if the trains are running late and events that SunRail will be providing train service.
Not convenience or useful
I need you guys to figure it out. I have my entire family’s physical cards loaded onto my online account. It does not show on the app. A transit app is functionally useless if you can’t just open it up and see your fare cards immediately. I shouldn’t have to navigate to a browser and login with my email to see the amounts on them and then back out to the app which still shows nothing. It’s also not easy to transfer amounts from the old sunrail cards. The option is not obvious at all. It can’t be this hard to make a simple app that works. People do it all the time.

Can’t login
Same as others have mentioned. Downloaded app from Apples store to iPhone 15 Pro Max. Mobile app uses an email address versus web sites’ user name. So, authentication fails every time for me. Uninstalled for now and I’ll be doing plastic card.
Impossible to login
I have a SunRail account already, but it uses a username. Of course this app only supports logging in via email, so I can’t use my existing account.
I created a new account using my email and now I can use the app, but can’t link my existing SunCard.
I also got an email thanking me for registering and pointing me to the website, which only allows you to login with your username. I can’t even login with my email and password that I just created. Worthless app.

Couldn’t open app
Had my ticket purchased the day before ready to take the train the next, wake up the next morning and find out that I can’t open the app due to a connection error? I have full access to WiFi and 5G yet the app refuses to open even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, app took my money and wouldn’t let me access it after.
