No Live Tracking
Before the update I wa sable to see where the bus was and plan accordingly but now it’s been three times he comes 15 minutes early while I’m still in the process of getting my daughter ready for school! We had to literally run out the house to make sure he doesn’t leave. Just add the damn tracking again.

Unexplained cancellations
Every time I schedule a ride I get a text a few minutes later saying it was canceled it’s very frustrating
Scam!!!!!!
I’ve had a terrible experience using this app. Every time I try to schedule a pickup, it keeps pushing the time back. My driver keeps saying they’ve arrived, but they’re always parked at a completely different location like some random Walmart nowhere near me. I’ve tried reserving multiple times, but it never works properly. This app needs serious fixing before it can be considered reliable.

Something wrong with this app
Easy and efficient
This app connected me with a bus and the driver was friendly. Got me to work on time. I will say the notifications were not on time (it didn’t tell me he was there, I saw from window) and it told me my ride was arriving when I had already arrived at work. They also don’t record that I’ve taken the ride on my app. Hope they iron that out.
