Don't download it, they steal your money.
This app is trash. When you're on the bus, you can't even pay with the virtual card the app gives you after topping up. To make matters worse, even the bus drivers themselves have no idea how to use the app. It's a total scam.

Scam to eat your money.
These apps are so trash. I purchased a bus pass and it expired in 8 minutes. I ended up just taping my credit card on the bus so I had to pay the fare twice because the driver said there was nothing he could do about it. Between this in the Tri Rail app I swear it is designed to take your money. You would think the fare would at least be valid for a full day.

Always CRASHING!!
Crashes every time open it and I have to re enter user name and password. Come on developers. Sort it out and make it stable
Ridiculous
Fix your app, it crashes constantly, I literally just finally got it to work right and when I went to scan my phone went right back to Home Screen and I looked and saw it charged me when I didn’t even get to use it!!
