Doesn’t Work
Hopped on the train last minute so I didn’t have a chance to buy a physical ticket. Of course the app doesn’t work so I got a formal warning when they checked for tickets and I wasn’t able to buy one. Thanks for not working.
Payment doesn’t work
App just goes blank when trying to add a payment method. There is no point in using this app.

Wok let you add nor remove your card info. SMH rlly liked the app so I could pre-purchase my train ticket. Pretty useless now

Worst app ever!!!
The payments page is broken
There seems to be a bug where once you get to the payments section after selecting your ticket options for Tri rail, the page goes blank and just displays a white screen. I was relying on this app and got written a warning because I was unable to complete my purchase. Maybe they will fix it, but I don’t know how else to tell the app team that this feature is broken.
