Puja dates were changed multiple times without my consent and with no clear communication. Unprofessional and misleading experience. Not using this app again.
Beware of complete Fraud !!!!
Ordered several pujas and offerings. Didn’t get video for Sankalp for many of them but was not notified. When I enquired, after several days, they said sorry puja was not performed with your name and refunded the money. This is absolute fraud. We pay so that we offer puja and offerings to Almighty - not doing it and refunding after days is useless. Has become a complete fraud service. They don’t even tell you upfront when puja not performed. Apple should remove these fraud folks and app from the App Store !!! Please be aware of their fraud and avoid at all costs !!!

More than one month but not able to deliver rudraksh mala. Look at the chat
Don’t engage them for Pooja and spiritual practices. There are other better apps which are genuine for eg Vama and others.

Beware of tantra
It went well initially but later I started noticing accidents and damages in the week after getting Pooja’s done. Checking few websites, it seems after getting ur details, someone might be doing black magic to get you scared into getting pins done . I feel it’s better to stay away from these things. Deleting account and app soon

Very unprofessional and extremely careless.
The Company cares very little about devotion and lot about upfront payments. They are one more typical Indian startup disguised as a helper and are cashing in on the devotion of people. These kind of sins no matter which human being is watching or not, the different gods and the multiple fears that you are selling on the platform will surely take care of your karma

Puja at Kailas Manasarovar
Disappointing . I have paid money for the puja & also for a consecrated rudrakshamala I have not been able to hear our name & gotra not got the clip nor received the mala. I was told I would get it in 3 days. Anything done in God’s name should be done honestly & on time. Excuse given for no live broadcast was connectivity. This should have been ensured before advertising

Not sure if puja happened or not. A short video shared saying network issue can’t share live link. And I was about to get the video after 3 days but it’s been more 7 days no update.
Devdham – Unpaid Work and Unethical Conduct
I worked with Devdham professionally and gave my full effort to the project. Unfortunately, despite fulfilling my responsibilities, I was not paid for my work. I followed up multiple times, but they avoided communication and never cleared my dues.
Worst devotional platform
There is no update on puja details and the updates provided were all fake, after more than 10 days still proof of puja remains to be provided, moreover they shifted the dates of puja as per their convenience without any intimation. The entire platform is highly questionable and the amounts they collected from devotees like us are like used by frauds. This company should be called for defrauding, such a waste, don’t ever use this platform. If any like minded want to report you can I am reporting this platform for fraud and embezzlement of public money

Money waste
I had paid and booked for Puja to be done on 05/04/2025 and it was said that within 3-4 days video will be sent to me but no video sent till date . It’s fake . Don’t waste your money here.
Fake and fraudulent
Starting Pooja was like clearly and welll followed up later all puja and offerings were not done video timing updated was wrong no names are taken spent nearly 5k in puja and offerings but no names or video is shared when contacted support it’s automated messages pops up

Excellent performance, excellent prononciation of Vedic mantras at Kalahashti temple. Rejuvenation of mind and health.
No update and no proof of my money
Even after 10 days , still there is no update or no proof of my pooja. Don’t trust them. Customer service is equally unresponsive.

There is no calling option, they never reply your query, the information they provide are utter confusing, very disappointing.

Best Puja Platform
I have book the pujas several times through Devdham and all the pujas have been done as per the rituals and I have got good results of all the pujas. I have appreciated and thanked Devdham for providing such service.
Scam!!!
They details of Pooja booked through the app are bogus. When I checked the timestamps of my Pooja, those were fake. Contacted customer care which seems to provide an automated message to give more time to respond. They even share a google form, but then no one responded with correct information. Seems like a big scam in the name of religion. Really disappointed. Uninstalling the app. Please be warned!
