i signed up for the free trial and immediately cancelled but was charged $60. None of the features worked. I had to go through Apple to get it refunded but they should not have charged prior to free trail ending AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

What is the point of renaming a device and marking it as safe if that info isn’t saved anywhere? Each time same devices listed as suspicious. Not useful in this form.

Hi, thanks for your feedback — we really appreciate it 🙏 You’re absolutely right, and this is a known limitation in the current version. We’re already working on improvements so that renamed devices and “safe” status will be properly saved and remembered. This enhancement is planned for an upcoming update, and your feedback helps us prioritize what matters most to users. Thanks for pointing it out!
