Doesn't work
The app is so slow, the search doesn't work, and sometimes nothing will load when I scroll through the page. I can't even use it at this point

Amazing clothes, terrible app
The clothing and the quality of work is always amazing, always a good experience with this brand, but it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to find anything with the search option.
I saw a cute fit in an ad, only remember it having "balletcore" in its name, search that up, nothing found. And it’s always the case unless you have the EXACT name written in the app. Quite frustrating

everything on the app is great, affordable and adorable items. but the app itself has some issues.
firstly the search function is useless and the filter does nothing. if youre trying to find something specific dont bother doing it on the app. if you wanna filter out items out of stock it just doesnt change anything
second, when you try to move or remove and item from your cart or wishlist it takes a few tries to swipe it away. its just mildly annoying. the app is convenient but these bugs make it frustrating to use

Ships to any other country BUT the uk— heck it even ships to DRC CONGO?! HOW??? But not the uk?? I dont want to travel all the way to my home country just to get gyaru clothes
Love shopping with them
I love shopping with Devil Inspired, I know there are some people who are iffy about them but I have never had a problem purchasing from them. My items always arrive on time and the products they have to offer are so cute and, depending on the item, semi affordable. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking to start some lolita coords or some alternative fashion.

So apparently their sizing isn’t accurate. They sent me a 39 but it fits like a 41..I tried to return it but no one is answering. It won’t let me start a live chat and customer service won’t respond. Trust me. I’ve waited about few days, days beyond their ridiculous three-day return policy. At this point they’re purposely dragging it so they can keep my money. Never buying from again.

The app is advertised everywhere, but it is so buggy, glitchy, and doesn't want to load anything at all! It would be more convenient than the website if it worked but unfortunately it doesn't .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE
I preordered a dress from here around September. The dress was supposed to be processed by November and shipped by December. They kept delaying it until next February, then March, and then April. I HAD TO BE THE ONE TO REACH OUT EVERY TIME FOR AN UPDATE. I told them I wanted a refund but they could only give it to me if I accepted a 65% refund. Why is it 65%? Because to them it was a preorder dress that was processed. Except for the fact that THE DRESS WAS NOT DONE PROCESSING. I had to do a chargeback. If you’re still going to use it, treat it as a catalog. If possible, reverse image the outfits to find them on legitimate sites.
You wanna know the kicker? I contacted another site about this same dress and they told me that preorders were finished and the designers weren't going to make more. Wanna know what DI told me? That the designers ran out of materials and needed time to get more. So customer service deliberately lied to me. Instead of telling the truth about the dress, they were hoping to drag it on until I couldn’t get a chargeback anymore. Because of them, I’ll never get that dress.

Too slow
I love this app and would continue to use it, but knowing that if I buy something now, it would come after months from purchase. I just wish there were more detailed things about the orders since all I can do is hope I didn’t get scammed. I do believe my orders will come in but I hope there’s a way to help me keep better track, maybe a more detailed scenario of where my order is instead of keeping it as “preparing”

Search and sorting filter don’t work
As the title says, if you search and try to search again, it won’t load. And forget about using the sorting filter. Price low to high won’t even think about refreshing to give you the filters you want. Just use the website, it’s a little easier

cute selections, but when scrolling through categories at some point the app is just stuck buffering. i checked my wifi, turned my phone on and off, deleted and redownloaded the app, i tried everything and it still doesn’t work properly… how am i supposed to look through your stuff and shop if your app doesn’t even work???
