Katastrophe

Die Kamerafunktion funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Alles eingescannt beim letzten Beleg plötzlich komplett aus der App geschmissen man konnte sich auch nicht mehr einloggen. Fotos kann man überhaupt nicht hochladen.

Eine reine Katastrophe

Da funktioniert nichts! Will man eine Rechnung via Kamera aufnehmen bricht die App zusammen. Scheint eine Sparfunktion der DEVK zu sein. Keine Rechnung eingereicht keine Rechnung muss bezahlt werden.
Der Hammer der Chat: da meldet sich dann niemand! Seit 24 Stunden! Schade, das ich schon über 50 bin, sonst würde ich die Versicherung wechseln! Das ist der Standard des letzten Jahrhunderts

Läuft einfach nicht

Die App läuft auf dem IPhone einfach nicht richtig. Zum Teil muss ich sie manuell komplett schließen um im Menü zurück zu kommen, an anderer Stelle flackert der Bildschirm ständig.
Warum gibt es da keine Updates, die das beheben?

Seit Tagen nur Probleme, man kann keine Rechnung hochladen.

Jetzt geht die App gar nicht mehr und hängt dauerhaft beim starten.
