Daily go to devotional reading
Review update. Previously had issue with new update (December 2024) but just had to switch iPhone background from dark to light in order to read text; this was not an issue before update.
I encourage everyone to use this devotional resource daily. Tozer gets it right because he centers on the nature and character of God, which is the focal point of worship.

Update Failure - Completely Useless App
This used to be one of my favorite daily devotionals. With the current updated app, rather than read the wisdom of Tozer’s writings, I’m now frustrated by an app that struggles to open the devotional or plagued by commercials (when I’ve paid the $9.99 to be commercial-free). Best bet, buy his writings and save yourself the frustration of a now unusable app.

Recent update needs immediate attention
Really enjoy the app but recent update (December 2024) is not displaying any text once a date is selected. Also the background is now black so I’m unsure if this is why text cannot be seen; although the titles for each day can be. Development team please fix. Besides this recent issue the app has great content in spite of any grammatical errors.

I found a couple of typos in the Feb 20 Tozer devotional and couldn’t find anywhere to share them.

Older versions gone?
I had this app on my old iPhone 5. Now it's gone. I tried to reinstall only to get the message that it's for ios12 or better. My other apps detect my older version and offer an older app. Can this not happen for this app as well?
I gave this another chance. Hoping it would still be somewhat useful and have the Tozer devotionals. Imagine my surprise when, instead of seeing a devotional I was first directed to buy some shoes. Well done whoever’s doing this.

Absolutely useless
This is not a devotional, but a thinly disguised vehicle for ads. Ads are fine, but they shouldn’t dominate. These do. Also the layout of the content is vague and pointless. Each time you check on one of the different themes, you have another ad to watch simply because you tried to navigate through.
As a devotional app, this is a complete disgrace.

Used to work great. Now only freezes. Deleting and re-download doesn’t help
