Great app; needs ad filtering

I know the creator wants paid, and I wouldn’t mind non-pervasive ads, but the filtering needs adjusted so I don’t have to turn off my cellular and wifi every time I open the app. In other words, the ads are not appropriate for this app.

I’ve emailed the developer twice over a period of a month and have obtained zero response. The ads displayed are highly inappropriate with women wearing barely any clothing.
