About
A period tracker that respects your privacy — by design.
Your cycle lives on your phone and in your private iCloud. We can't see it. Neither can anyone else. No accounts, no logins, no data ever sent to our servers — because there are no servers.
WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
- On-device cycle predictions following FIGO 2018 medical guidelines
- Lock Screen Live Activity — day-of and days-from your cycle, at a glance
- Home Screen widgets in three sizes
- Two-way Apple Health sync — one source of truth
- Multi-profile support — track yourself and a partner, kept separate
- Partner sharing via secure iCloud
CALM BY DESIGN
- No notification spam — at most one gentle nudge a day, suppressed on days you've already logged
- No bright colors, no urgency, no exclamation marks
- Dark and light mode, both done right
PRIVACY, BY THE NUMBERS
- Zero third-party trackers
- Zero advertising SDKs
- Zero crash-reporting middlemen — only Apple's own MetricKit
- Anonymous, opt-out usage analytics — disable in Settings → Privacy
For everyone tired of period apps that treat their body as a data set.
Dew is free. The privacy promise is the product.

A note: Dew shows when your period is expected. It does not diagnose conditions or replace conversations with a doctor. Dew is general wellness — not a medical device.

What's New in Dew
1.1.6
September 7, 2026
The evening page is redrawn — and a day can now keep more than words. • Sections you can scan and words you tap, with the weather still drawn at the top. • Stick in a picture, or record a minute of your voice. They sit on the day like a scrapbook. • Turn on media backup and those follow you to your next phone, in your own iCloud. • If your reminders were arriving silently, Dew now says so — and one tap makes them show. • A suggestion box at the end of Rhythm and every chapter. Dew is made by one person, and every note gets read.
