Aplicativo estava normal , agora tenho valores pra receber da VW e está dando que meu CPF está inválido 🥲

Confuso, incompleto, falta suporte

Baixei o app, ao invés de me pedir pra me cadastrar, já pede direto o CPF, assim q coloco diz q é inválido. Como vai ser inválido sem um cadastro??? Alguém sabe como resolver isso? Eu ainda n descobri.
