Very easy to use. Able to keep all my smart plugs in one app. Love it!
Timer
The timer count down doesn’t seem to work right. I think when you set a count down timer and close the app the timer should still run down. Set timer the plum never shut off

Was given 2 smart plugs as a gift.
Pros: Really easy to set up. Did both in about 5-10 minutes. App is straightforward (I don’t have them connected to Alexa or Echo)
Cons: App UI is really basic and takes some playing with; maybe a programmer did the UX and they desperately need a designer. Can’t change “military time” to normal 1-12AM/PM in the timer, really annoyed by this. And the scroll wheel for time is broken.

Having Trouble!
I can’t get my lights etc to pair up with Alexa. I can operate them with my Iphone but that’s it. Very disappointing. I have talked to others that have the same problem. And, every now and then they just stop working! Then I have to go through the whole install again. Very odd. To expensive to invest in more when they won’t pair up.

What is going on
I was able to add this to my widgets for quick access and once they updated it’s no longer available. I want to see this come back. I used it all the time.
Can’t get help
I like the plugs. Not crazy about the app and customer service. I cannot delete the Return Home scene in the app. Also person replying to my email didn’t have a clue. I asked a simple question which apparently blew someones mind. I will be buying different plugs with hopes of having a better App.
Won't connect half the time
My wife bought this for me and I can't get it to connect with my Amazon Echo. It only works half of the time with my phone.

I had to reset the time and clear the cache. Now works fine
Great Eq and App but,
I am not sure what is going on but I haven’t had any problems until now. It started when the time changed. I am not sure how get it to recognize that the time is now an hour earlier. It seems to work on the old time for all changes. (Schedule time on is set for 5 edt it now actually comes on at 6 edt not at the scheduled 5 and I am not sure how to make it do the right time. All help would be appreciated.

It turns your lamps etc. on & off with timer feature, simple enough!

Easy interface
Works very well. No complaints and makes life easier!
Nice but one thing....
This has been a great app for our home with our lighting and Alexa helps us with it. I love using the setting to cut my lights on at sun up & other rooms to turn on at sun down or grouping rooms to cut on/off at once. One thing I think NEEDS to happen is the app to support ipads. This is an electronic app and it only supports phones. Come on! 🤷🏻♀️ otherwise would be 5 stars.

Add features
I wish I could change some basic settings such a temperature to Fahrenheit. Also would like to be able to set a specific time for a scene to happen rather than the generic sunrise/sunset. Why can’t I set it for 6:00am? Why it have to be sunrise or sunset only?
Not working
I have two units that worked great in the first couple months. But I changed WiFi carriers and now they won’t connect to WiFi. I have tried every option to reset and add new but nothing works.
Frustrating!
I have 3 of these units. They worked good the first week. They stopped going on at there scheduled time. So, I reset the times, and then decided not to go off at scheduled time. I like them, but it’s frustrating.
So far, so good
Received our 3 smart plugs today, paired them, placed them, set them, easy as 1,2,3! Pretty great technology but easy for "seniors" to understand and get working. Hope they continue to work without consequence. Think we might consider buying a couple more-wondering if they would work on garage door openers? It's fun to think about all the places these can be used!

Works as it should
Super easy to set up. Synced with Alexa was relatively easy... Get confused on skills versus smart home, but connection and set up were smooth. Love the widget! Cool stuff.
