This App has few basic issues and looks like there is no sustaining team for its maintenance e.g. you can not select customer ID while filling form for a new complaint though it shows it in the drop down. With out having customer ID, you can not submit the complaint and move forward. Secondly it does not auto update itself and if there will be a a newer version, you will need to uninstall first and than reinstall.
