Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dhandha AI
I had purchased a one-year subscription with Dhandha AI, expecting professional, creative, and customized marketing support. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
At the time of purchasing the subscription, I clearly provided all the required details regarding my preferred colour combination, design style, branding, logo, and overall requirements. Despite providing these details, the content being created was not aligned with my expectations or the instructions I had given.
They repeatedly reposted or reused old posts with minor changes, instead of creating fresh and relevant content for my business. I communicated several times that these designs and posts were not suitable for my brand, but there was very little to no response.
Even more disappointing was the fact that my logo and its colour combination were changed without my approval, despite my having clearly communicated my branding preferences from the beginning.
I have tried contacting their team multiple times, including speaking with senior/superior members, but I have not received proper support or a satisfactory response. Customer calls are often not answered, and communication is extremely poor.
For a company providing AI-based marketing and branding services, I expected much better creativity, customization, communication, and customer support.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend Dhandha AI based on my personal experience. Please think carefully before purchasing a subscription, especially a long-term one.

Extremely Poor and Unprofessional Experience
One of the most disappointing and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a service provider. Before making the payment, they will call you repeatedly, follow up endlessly, and make all kinds of promises to get you onboard. But once the payment is made, the attitude changes completely.
After receiving the payment, getting a response becomes a struggle. Calls and messages are ignored, commitments are not honoured, and the level of customer support drops dramatically. It feels like they are only interested in collecting the payment, not in actually supporting the customer afterwards.
The entire experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and completely unprofessional. Think twice before paying them and make sure you understand exactly what support and services you will receive after payment.

Unresponsive team
I’ve been using this subscription from almost last three months. The steps mentioned in the app has been followed by me. In the app shows my ranking is Number three google business profile of my area. But the reality is different. I have I have tried to find out the name of my unit in the Google page, which is not there in the list. I I have escalated the issue, but the team is clueless about the resolution. Even from last week, I am trying to raise a complaint in the app, but the complaint is not getting registered.

I have seen there ad repeatedly and was struggling to manage my business so i took the most idiotic decision of my life. I purchased there subscription for Rs 999/- my hard earned money on 18th june 2026. Today is 14th july 2026 i am posting this review. I not only wasted money i wasted my time. I checked the app again and again, then checked my google account but there i didn’t saw even a single post uploaded by this app. They says they send review request to the number saved in our device but not a single message wa delivered to any of the given numbers. After knowing all this i tried connecting with there customer support and yet again neither we can raise any ticket on there app, nor u will het any reply on there WhatsApp and no will will ever pic up your call. Total waste of money efforts and time. They don’t even offer trail directly u have to purchase there plan. I have seen negative reviews then thought may be peoples didn’t gave time to the app and i purchased this trash. Trust me dont waste your hard earn money.

Extremely disappointing experience. Despite clearly telling the Dhandha AI sales team multiple times that I am not interested, they continue to call me more than 15 times a day. This level of persistent calling is nothing short of harassment.
A professional company should respect a customer’s decision and immediately stop contacting them when requested. Instead, they keep ignoring my repeated requests to stop calling.
This kind of aggressive sales practice creates a very negative impression of the company. I would not recommend Dhandha AI unless they improve their customer communication and respect people’s privacy and consent.
