Useless Application
No action has been taken on the complaint so far, and I cannot see any progress or updates on its status. It would be better if there were an option to visit the office and file the complaint physically.
Need more anony
I used to post complaints for any types of garbage dumps near my area. However one day i was contacted by one of the municipal corporation officer who asked me my name address and other details politely. And then gave it to the corporator whose area was receiving complaints then few hours later i was contacted by the corporator to not post any complaints online. And contact me directly so that the issue can be resolved. I did tried that as well. However that was just their way of making a person silent and not do anything. Overall this is a great application but needs to remove or keep the complainants demographic or personal details more discreet. Ultimately i have stopped posting more complaint.

Waste of time and effort
I had reported a complaint requesting for clearance for solid waste (construction materials from road repair), soon with 1 hr of reporting the complaint I received a acknowledgement saying “On the job” which made me feel very positive impression about the app however it seems it was to soon. Its over three weeks now nothing has been done yet, not even any visits has been made by any officials. So I feel this is a waste of time and effort which has no use.
