Would rate it 0 or - if there was option, worst customer support and inconsistency, awful lags and buggy ui like a fake app. I am switching immediately to oredoo!
App Needs Serious Improvement – Constant Loading Issues and Missing Options
I hate the app. It takes forever to load, and often, it takes a whole day. When it finally loads, the data I want to purchase isn’t even an option. The 1.5GB option I always choose suddenly isn’t there, and it took an incredibly long time to load. It also crashes way too often. I really don't see the point of this app anymore.

Most old and buggy ap
For a telecom company they should be embarrassed to have such an unstable and unusable app that makes everything difficult for customers. They want us to use the app but does nothing to make the use experience better
