App Needs Serious Improvement – Constant Loading Issues and Missing Options
I hate the app. It takes forever to load, and often, it takes a whole day. When it finally loads, the data I want to purchase isn’t even an option. The 1.5GB option I always choose suddenly isn’t there, and it took an incredibly long time to load. It also crashes way too often. I really don't see the point of this app anymore.

For a telecom company they should be embarrassed to have such an unstable and unusable app that makes everything difficult for customers. They want us to use the app but does nothing to make the use experience better

Unpleasant, unresponsive
Very bad experience with this app. One of the worst thing is that whenever there is an update nothing works, and if it works app give wrong information and you know something is wrong. Then you need to go stores and check for update and install it to work. Its unpleasant
Unable to log in
Recently after an update, i have been unable to login to my account using my email. And the option to change password doesnt seem to work as well.

Very slow responce either on app or internet data, difficult only for purchasing data. The data is kind of expensive but very slow connection
App not working
I have called last month about the app. I have been putting credit and it doesn’t reflect the amount in my app. But if I do manual check I’m have balance. Because of that I can’t buy data in my app.
Deserves no stars - but Apple wants you to give at least one star
Buggy, slow and full of ads. Takes forever to reload and pay. I need one thing and one thing only from this app. To view, reload and pay for my services easily and quickly.

I may use Dhiraagu but maybe switching to Oreedo is better as this app is the worst I’ve seen u can never login topping up takes several years u need to make this better because right now it is so trash and the fact that u are the biggest scams of all time
