Most old and buggy ap
For a telecom company they should be embarrassed to have such an unstable and unusable app that makes everything difficult for customers. They want us to use the app but does nothing to make the use experience better

In the growing field of AI and mobile app design, this company earns 200-300 million in pure profit from quarter to quarter, however this app is a complete failure, with very restricted options that take ages to load and crashes. What exactly is this company's public relations department doing?
Unpleasant, unresponsive
Very bad experience with this app. One of the worst thing is that whenever there is an update nothing works, and if it works app give wrong information and you know something is wrong. Then you need to go stores and check for update and install it to work. Its unpleasant
Unable to log in
Recently after an update, i have been unable to login to my account using my email. And the option to change password doesnt seem to work as well.

The app forces you to recharge more then the amount you need.

App not working
I have called last month about the app. I have been putting credit and it doesn’t reflect the amount in my app. But if I do manual check I’m have balance. Because of that I can’t buy data in my app.

Oreedo app is better then this app this is the worst application l've ever seen. It takes several years to logging, this is just a trash.

Cannot login
Tried restarting wifi, using data, & restarting my iphone. Non of these options allowed me to login.

Takes forever to reload and Says Cant make payment for no reason .

I may use Dhiraagu but maybe switching to Oreedo is better as this app is the worst I’ve seen u can never login topping up takes several years u need to make this better because right now it is so trash and the fact that u are the biggest scams of all time

Not much to say but, App keeps on crashing when i login. Will change rating if its fixed.

When ever i try to login to dhiraagu account the app crashes and when i login with mobile number the app doesnt remember the login and doesnt give the option to remember the login as well

Worst & Most expensive network in Asia
Forget about the speed, you don't even get the access to internet after you pay a hefty amount for mobile data. Will take them months to reply, and they’ll say they haven’t noticed any issue in giving the service.
Honestly this is miles better than ooredoo app but needs ipad support
