Scalpers take the gem away
I get early access because I'm a diamond member. I wanted to buy this one canvas that I was really excited about but it was sold out in less than 3 minutes. I already can depend on the scalpers reselling these for hundreds of dollars. Diamond art club needs to get this under control by adding a cap on how many people can buy what at a time. Its been a problem all year.

Needs an update
The app itself is ok, does what it needs to but there is a major fault with it which has been there for a while - the app when it’s open causes my phone to overheat. Only when using this app do I have to take the phone cover off and cool it down it’s so hot at times it’s too hot to hold. Considering using the app allows discounts it’s frustrating. The app only needs to be open for a few seconds and the temp rises, it definitely needs looking at.

Bad at stock
Can’t handle keeping any of their artwork in stock, don’t even bother shopping unless you want ugly AI art as that’s all that’s left 5 mins after a drop.
App needs improvement
In my opinion, the app could use an improvement. I’m unable to see what rewards I can select with my points unless I go online, which kind of defeats the purpose of the app and also when I’m trying to look at my orders, I can’t see them unless I also go to the online website which again defeats the purpose of the app.

Poor planning/ inventory
When I first found dac it was a good company but now they are obviously money hungry and don’t care about their customers. Every other “painting” is just ai and somehow still expensive and when I get a notification that stuff has got restocked and I go to the app somehow everything is already sold out, it makes it extremely unfair for people that aren’t on their phones all day waiting for stuff to restock. What’s worse is how they say they will restock stuff but they will never give an actual time for when it will be so by the time it does you’ll forget about it and miss it again.

So slow!
Much slower than it used to be. Images take forever to appear when scrolling. Super frustrating!
reloads while scrolling/$50-$100 for one painting
i just downloaded this app and it’s a great concept with amazing art and a great selection. however, the page keeps reloading while i’m browsing. most-if not all-paintings are AI and they can reach over $100. amazon’s diamond paintings cost the same as the keychains on this app
Discount replaced when address was changed
My discount was replaced when I changed the address when ordering. When I emailed about it, I was told too bad. If you’re going to order, use the website as the app does not deal with edge cases well.

Glitchy
Scrolling through the app is difficult and frustrating. The whole point of this app is to look at art and figure out what to buy, but half the time it shows you the same stuff over and over again and you can never actually view everything in a category or on your wish list.

Website issues
The website is constantly crashing or spasms out. And it so frequently it’s impossible to the website pleasantly. The man error code pops up, and every time that happens it can take several “refresh” attempts or completely shut down my web browser to get it work again.

Doesn’t Work
This app will not let me do a search. I click in the search bar and no keyboard comes up. It is hard to maneuver around the site anyway.

I love having the app to see new pictures I can eventually buy, but the app doesn’t work to good. It’s basically just a shortcut to the website, so it might be partly because of parental settings in my device, but that’s an allowed website. It shows the pictures, but not the description or other buttons that should be available, like the button to order stuff. It’s just blank. If this is fixed, I can leave a better review, but I’m not sure it can be for my device.
This issue made it so that I couldn’t order a picture I’d been wanting but was out of stock, and I wanted to be notified when it was back. I never got notified when it was, so when I checked and saw that it was I went to order it, first on my phone app and then on the website on a different device. By the time I got to the website it was back out of stock. That was about 1-2 months ago and it hasn’t been back in stock since. Very disappointed

Bad Update
Whatever this latest update has done is a problem. The app doesn’t open. The only way I can get the app to open is to delete it and reinstall it several times before one of those tries opens it again. Then if I try to go back to the app again hours later, it doesn’t open, causing me to go through the entire delete and reinstall process again.
