Problems after update
I have never had any issues within this app, but recently I had to update my phone to be able to update the app, once done the app will just be stuck at the main loading screen, app update won’t complete. Please help

I am approved for electronic transfer, but nobody seems to know how I can do it.

I have another bank app that constantly shuts me out, nothing is more frustrating than not being able to see what is happening with your money! Diamond App allows me to transfer with ease and has not locked me out once! Highly recommend

Why cant I set a date when paying a bill? Why the extra step?

The app seems to be working good. Waiting on Apple Pay. Also, the feature where I can send money to other bank accounts via ACH in the app would be nice.
