Doesn’t recognize the patients info
What’s the point in having this app if it doesn’t recognize the patients info(which btw has been a patient for A year and a half) I just wanted an easy way of keeping track of my account. I guess I’ll just continue to ask the staff for a statement of account. I deleted the app
Can not verify account
When I tried to register it said that a text will be sent to my phone but I never got anything. I tried multiple times. This app needs to be updated.

Every time i try to register they don’t let me in because i don’t know what is my last payment amount.
Needs work!
I like that it offers information about caring for your braces, Invisalign, retainers, etc. But there’s a bug that doesn’t allow me to register. Every time I get the the Patients DOB section the app crashes. I am using an IPhone 7 iOS 12.0.1 it would be 5 stars if this issue didn’t exist. once this issue is resolved I’ll give it 5 stars. I would like to know information such as how much I owe, etc.
