Functionality
Seems like the app”s functionality was coded by a high schooler,takes forever to load,overlaps the functions/pages,action tabs are useless,you cannot properly view or download cards,it only takes one hour the most to fix these issues but i guess metroplus is too busy running old school ads in subways

Not User Friendly and full of bugs
This app is decades behind where it should be. Frustrating!!!
Frustrated user
I have made several attempts to access my portal on this app and even called customer service. I keep hitting road blocks. I have had to delete the app and reload it a couple of times and still same issues reoccur.

I can’t even properly review this app as it doesn’t even open. Ridiculously horrible!How is this even an app???
