Not User Friendly and full of bugs
This app is decades behind where it should be. Frustrating!!!
Frustrated user
I have made several attempts to access my portal on this app and even called customer service. I keep hitting road blocks. I have had to delete the app and reload it a couple of times and still same issues reoccur.

I can’t even properly review this app as it doesn’t even open. Ridiculously horrible!How is this even an app???

This app, with all due respect, is useless.
Horrendous app and insurance
The application doesn’t load after login. You can’t call them through the phone because the automated machine freezes up at a certain step while trying to reach customer service. And the website is a mess. Worst health insurance ever. On top of that, barely any doctors and clinics accept this junk insurance 👎👎👎

Pleasantly surprised
I can honestly say that I am happy with this insurance app. I was able to see my complete information seamlessly, take action on my claims and even download my ID card right through the app.

I love using this app to check my claims and look up my doctors. Great customer service team too!
Nonexistent Healthcare
This company’s service is so broken, I have zero faith in them, and hope to Dog that I never get sick or need them.
Very dysfunctional
While the app appears a to have many useful functions like finding a PCP with a variety of filters like location, doctor type, etc., it’s overall usability is non existent existent because the app is buggy. It’s slow to load results, switching apps and coming back to it results in a white screen and losing your search results so you have to close it and redo your search and functions like “Make my PCP” don’t work with a generic error message to the effect of “unable to perform this action at this time”. Waste of time to try to use this app. Better to just deal with the website. Honestly surprised this is what’s being out out by a private health insurance company with as many resources available to them as they have.

Yet another example of why private healthcare is ridiculous
The app does not enable the creation of an account just like their website. Essentially, the app is a brick. The only reason they have this app is so that when they’re lobbying lawmakers to give them money they can say they have an app (effectively they do not!)
