Was fine until…

This use to work just fine but now I can’t log in at all. I e called customer support several times they haven’t been any help. I’m frustrated because I need to check my account! There is no update on my phone for this app but it keeps saying it need another update when I try to log in. It won’t let me reset anything because it keeps saying out of network! This needs to be fixed ASAP.

What happened??

**update** 2/27 after receiving the response from P&A, I uninstalled the app again and reinstalled and now it is back to working!

2/4 This app used to work great, not sure when that changed, but now it never loads, can’t even log in.

Updated: The App Works Now!

A loss of access prompted me to give a 1 star review, but the app has been fixed. Before and after the outage, the app worked well and navigation is fairly easy. A loss of access should never happen, but if it does, and email should be sent immediately to clients.
