Updated information
This app isn’t updated. I’m seeing information from 2016 and no other dates. This not helpful because I need to review my 2026 information.
Clunky
Unable to change sms settings. App does show current accounts. Associated insurance isn’t automatically connected.
Trash
This app has log in discrepancies and doesn’t recognize correct log in information. It can be frustrating. Just log in from a cpu and not a phone.
Requires Improvement
Requires user friendliness from User Id to PW, then process for uploads should be as directed-not showing or hidden. Account activity should be clear and concise. How can same claim show both denied and approved in same activity; not once, but multiple times for different transactions?
