This app has log in discrepancies and doesn’t recognize correct log in information. It can be frustrating. Just log in from a cpu and not a phone.
Requires Improvement
Requires user friendliness from User Id to PW, then process for uploads should be as directed-not showing or hidden. Account activity should be clear and concise. How can same claim show both denied and approved in same activity; not once, but multiple times for different transactions?

Old app was disabled, new app shows no accounts. This is 2026, you couldn't merge my info from the old app??? More time on the phone with Reps to fix something that wasn't broken.
Worst app from an even worse provider?
This app is awful. Half the time it will not log in. When it does it lags showing no account information. Once it finally loads the functionality is clumsy. There is basically no support from P&A. Beg your employer to choose any provider besides P&A.
Terrible!!
What a shame! It was such a pain to get an account created for this app. First, the app wouldn’t even recognize the web portal credentials. Fine—then you try to set up a new account, and the password fields wouldn’t even bring up the native iOS keyboard. How do you expect someone to type a password without a keyboard? On top of that, the field to enter the verification code brought up the regular keyboard instead of the numeric one.
Finally, I managed to sign in, only for the app to tell me that I don’t have any active accounts—when I can clearly see my active accounts through the portal. Just awful.

MFA ease of use
Make it so when entering the MFA passcode the mobile keyboard stays on the number screen instead of toggling back to the letters screen every time a number is typed. (iPhone user).
Unfortunate for the user
This app is terrible. You can’t even check your balance. It says I have no accounts, but I do. What’s is this app good for? I can’t check anything. I tried to login from the web and the desktop version is Not iPhone compatible and wouldn’t work. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t have my info. Go back to the drawing board & try again.

I don’t think an APP can get any worst than this. I have to verify my account through email every time I log in.
All I want to do if find my balance and
I can’t see anything about balance so why have this app. Nothing else effects me.
What’s the point of this app?
First you have a different login than the website, which is just as terrible. I can’t see anything regarding balance information. You can’t reimburse the group via the app or the website so no help there. It truly serves no purpose other than scrolling through my payroll deposits and seeing past claims, but again with no balance.

Almost there but needs a bit more
This app has good functionality but is missing key info helpful for users. Plenty of info categories show no info yet - Account info, Account Activity, eligible items list, etc. FAQs need more. Definitions don’t cover all terms, such as “paid” - deposit to HSA or funds sent to me directly? Framework is there but will benefit from more attention to info customers want to know.
