Absolutely useless
This app is a joke! Every time I try to enter my credentials it freezes and crashes.
Doesn’t even fill the screen
In addition to the “app” basically being a web browser, it hasn’t been updated in 3 years and doesn’t even use the entire screen on newer phones!
Terrible
App frequently freezes and has to be deleted and downloaded again. It’s also difficult to submit claims, I find even though I get a confirmation, it doesn’t actually process and I have to submit everything again. The drop down menus make it difficult to pick the correct account as well because you can’t see the entire name and if you have multiple accounts you can’t figure out which one you are trying to use.

Upset my employer switch to this company
Claims submitted by fax? I was so happy to get the app because it showed I could take pics and submit electronically but have tried tons of times and same message about network error. What the what. Each time have to start over. How about you guys go to Navia benefits so they can train you all. So bummed my employer switched :( also haven’t gotten my credit card either!
