Was fine until…
This use to work just fine but now I can’t log in at all. I e called customer support several times they haven’t been any help. I’m frustrated because I need to check my account! There is no update on my phone for this app but it keeps saying it need another update when I try to log in. It won’t let me reset anything because it keeps saying out of network! This needs to be fixed ASAP.

**update** 2/27 after receiving the response from P&A, I uninstalled the app again and reinstalled and now it is back to working!

Updated: The App Works Now!
A loss of access prompted me to give a 1 star review, but the app has been fixed. Before and after the outage, the app worked well and navigation is fairly easy. A loss of access should never happen, but if it does, and email should be sent immediately to clients.
Waste of time

What is the point of an app that doesn’t open.
App used to work but something happened in Jan 2026 where it lost functionality fully.
App does not load when opened. Just has a disconnected wifi symbol even when I have a connection.
Worse App
The app already sucked. But for the past month, it went downhill where it doesn’t even load. There’s a constant loading, wireless sign and it never loads. I wish my job used a different company
