Always needing to call to fix
Doesn’t work I cannot even log in. It’s not hard making an app like this but they found a way to do it. This is supposed to make it simpler but always results in me calling to do my payments.

This app is absolutely horrible. Something you would see from the early 2000s back when people didn’t know how to program and the fact that this is in 2026 is absolutely laughable.
Never works
This app is a pain in the neck it never works when needed. Junk
Worst Local 300 app ever
These IT workers are not even aware of the glitches this app is constantly having.This needs to be addressed immediately and fixed.
