Always needing to call to fix
Doesn’t work I cannot even log in. It’s not hard making an app like this but they found a way to do it. This is supposed to make it simpler but always results in me calling to do my payments.

This app is absolutely horrible. Something you would see from the early 2000s back when people didn’t know how to program and the fact that this is in 2026 is absolutely laughable.

These IT workers are not even aware of the glitches this app is constantly having.This needs to be addressed immediately and fixed.
Out dated and slow
Slow app, nothing loads and constantly crashes.
Numbers on my app
I’ve tried to delete numbers off of my app that I don’t know how they got there it’s a bunch of zeros and the number 1 where you put your SS number and when I touched the key to log in it shows a name from L.A. California he’ Hispanic and owes ALOT in dues!

Very easy to dispatch members, pay dues, and sign up for class!

App takes you straight to local union webpage only if you get it to login after several attempts. Very poor programming.

It seems that all this app does after you enter your info it take you (or at least me) to your locals page to sign in. Garbage!

Great way to autopay dues
It’s easy to sign up and have your dues paid automatically each month! Plus you can sign up for classes and add them directly to your calendar!
Great Application!!
For anyone trying to log in to the app and you aren’t able to update your information like address, hours worked, or pay your dues is because your local is not adjusting the settings on the back end. This app takes the information from the membership program . So if there is an issue you need to reach out to to whomever is the administrator so they can make the necessary adjustments if they wish.

This app wont let me pay my dues, put in my hours nor update it in anyway. This app is very unreliable and cannot be counted on.
