Nonsense

I’ve downloaded a handful of these rock/crystal identifier apps now and I get a) the wrong stone b) a list of possibilities ( that doesn’t help me ) c) can’t identity or d) scanning the same rock on different apps and getting different results. Why would you pay money for these apps that don’t do what they are intended to

This app cannot tell if diamonds are real I have a diamond and it’s certified by the GIA I downloaded this app to see if it’s accurate and it’s not I rate this app below one star

Don’t waste your time

I submitted 5 known gemstones with 0% accuracy! It was sooooo way off. Pics were very clear on white background. In fact, one picture I submitted was a stock photo from GIA. Not even close.

Potential but limited

It is user friendly, but not as accurate as one would like. It also has no correction options when you know what it is and the app is wrong. An adapting or learning process to strengthen your product would definitely be a benefit to this app. It has limited photos as well. An example would be the many many different types of jasper or the multiple agates that are available but only two photos in the app is discouraging.
