It’s acting like Google, but doesn’t even let me open the app

Been paying for months unbeknown to me!!

My daughter downloaded this app. When we realised it required a paid subscription, we deleted the app. I didn’t realise that I would need to cancel a subscription. I never signed up for! They have taken payments for six months unbeknown to me (no emails to advise of renewal, etc). Apple will only refund the most recent month so I’m £150 out of pocket for an app we’ve never even used.

I have a rock collection with actually nice crystals but when i got the app it made me pay to see the name of the stone! It also said to pay if you want to see the price.
Developer, please at least let us see the name of the stone
