Tested real and known fake

Does not work at all. I tested real and known fake diamonds I have bought and is not accurate at all.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for your review. We understand it’s frustrating when the results aren't what you expected. Accuracy can be impacted by a lot of things, like camera quality, lighting, and the angle of the photo. Because of these reasons, we always show a confidence score with the result. We also have a free trial so you can try the app before paying anything. We’re always updating to improve the experience, and your feedback really helps us get better. Thank you!

I wasted my money so you don’t have to

I purposely tested a real diamond and a fake one. It said the real one is only mildly has a potential to be real and that the fake one had a high potential to be real. This is cute if you’re bored but very far from accurate.

Response from developer

Hi, thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize that the app incorrectly identified the real diamond as low potential and the fake one as high. While we aim for near-perfect accuracy, the quality of the image taken has an immense impact on the analysis. Factors like lighting and focus are crucial for our analysis to accurately read the stone's reflections. This is why the analysis always includes a confidence score instead of just a definitive 'yes' or 'no.' Beyond predicting realness, we encourage you to check out the app's other features, such as estimating the value, stone, cut, carat, clarity, and color. Thank you for your understanding.
