Amazing healthcare app!
Normally healthcare apps and patient portals are insanely frustrating but this app is truly amazing. It is super easy to find all my information, contact my provider with questions, and make scheduling changes. I love all the supplemental information on wellbeing, nutrition, and exercise. I know there are a lot of complaints about the many updates but they take all of two seconds to download and I have not found it to be an issue.

Never Works
This app never works and is a true representation of how Diana Health “helps” its patients to begin with. Excessive updates that still don’t fix bugs. I have driven over to the office in person more times than not to get answers because of this app.
Not accessible for the blind
Unfortunately, I can’t use the app on my own using my iPhone and voiceover. Even having my password and username set up for one click fill it does not work. Can’t take care of myself through apps that’s why I prefer physical phone calls.
Good experience overall
Really liked my experience with Diana Health. The in-person care was reassuring, and the app was useful for staying organized and informed.
The app is always down !!
Almost every single time I go to check the app, I can’t log into it. It always says there’s some type of error .. it’s so inconvenient and very frustrating!
