It’s so easy to get photos pictures, I was afraid maybe failing to complete the performance.
Great Service
I have experienced great care and service since I’ve been on Medicaid since last year for breast cancer. This journey has been challenging but having TNCare has really lifted a burden from our shoulders and we appreciate it so much!
Password reset
I've tried many times to reset my password which the app requires you to do periodically, but the page it takes me to is white with a TN logo and nothing else. It doesn't matter what browser I use to open the link. I can't get into my account to make sure my information is accurate or update it or anything - I can't change my password to log in! I have no idea if I need to submit anything or if deadlines are coming up!

Basic info
It gives you options and when you tap it it give you other options that has nothing to do with the first option. The information for the insurance doesn’t have anything like benefits, providers or another link that takes you to it. I do like being able to submit my information. I guess I just expected a bit more information.
