use this program every day for work, has consistently crashed and struggled to load tickets the whole time, i wish dice enabled a scanner that loaded multiple tickets without switching and crashing over and over in the front of lines

I use this app at work 5 nights a week, it has been clunky since it came out, I thought it would get better after a couple months but it's actually gotten worse. It has never synched well, (whether on WiFi or cellular data doesn't matter), to update ticketed guests lists for events, I'm forced to log out and back in, no face Id though, so that means typing in my entire email address and password every time i need the guest list to refresh with new ticket sales, there's no way to delete entire entries in the guest list search, you have to backspace & recently it's scanning tickets and appears to check them in, but it's not actually checking anyone in, so each time i scan a ticket i have to go back to the guest list screen and open the ticket ? manually check it in by opening it because there is no option to swipe a guest entry for check-in. & Sometimes, I click the back button and the app just closes. There's also no in-app help screen or support options or even just a way to inform the company of glitches encountered at the venue end. It is VERY frustrating for door staff, we all talk about it.

Buggy check in this week
Usually the app works pretty well but this week when i check in people's tickets, then switch to another event and switch back, it doesnt save which tickets got scanned already.
I dont remember changing any settings, so what happened? How can i fix this???

The app is very straightforward and easy to use. Love this and the actual DICE app!
