Slow camera speed
The camera has to refocus for every ticket scanned so you'll have your customer standing in line while your ticket person figure out how to adjust the camera to scan. Eventbrite doesn't have that problem, just saying.

Thanks for this feedback :) the delay you're seeing is intentional as we opted to add some time between scans to prevent double scanning the same ticket at the door. Seems that perhaps we should adjust this to allow for slightly speedier scanning. Thanks for using the App!
