Amazing app

Really easy to use, bagged myself tickets to many shows that i love!

Great App, even better Customer Service

Great app and easy to use. Finding the next party is effortless. Customer services is impressive. Quick to respond, super helpful, and they actually resolve problems. Makes planning nights out way smoother!

Poor customer support

I’d give the app a higher rating, but the fact that I went back-and-forth with multiple representatives to get a refund with no resolution was extremely disappointing. The app automatically chose a random date for the event I was going to, so I ended up buying the wrong date on accident and customer support was unwilling to give a refund for that simple mistake. Do better.

Meh

This app offers all the benefits of digital tickets, right up until an issues arises. Then you’re on your own, just as if you’d bought paper tickets.

HORRIBLE! Doesn’t work!

Can’t purchase tickets off waitlist even within the allocated window. Customer service of zero help. Worthless app!

Customer support

First Class customer support. Fast, efficient and very professional.

If it’s only on Dice, don’t go

This is the worst music app. If your plans change it’s impossible to resell the tickets unless it’s sold out. Even then, also extremely difficult to transfer tickets even when it is sold out and there’s a wait list (they seem to be dormant at the exact moments you need things to move around). I’ve had too many bad experiences so now, if an event is only listed on Dice, I just won’t go. Other apps a SO much better. Dice is just the worst and I will never use them again.

Website

Seat selection process is cumbersome — slow, confusing, too small to see.

Issue: App is missing option to add friends and DICE cannot fix

The app is great for buying tickets and finding events. However, bug issues, mean there is no option on my app to ‘Add Friend’. The Following section says ‘Too Many Attempts’ against See Who’s on DICE’. There are no trouble shooting options for adding followers on website. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. This needs fixing for everyone’s app, to be able to share tickets with friends. Some people have these options. My app doesn’t.

Helpful support team

Had an issue with a redundant email address linked to my account.

All sorted quickly and painlessly.

Love the ticket share feature too.

Waitlist does not work as promised

We had an extra three-day pass to the Newport Jazz Festival, which advertises its waitlist on Dice. My husband offered the pass to the waitlist but days later it was still sitting there. With the event approaching, we ran an experiment. I joined the waitlist myself but have so far never been offered the chance to buy the ticket.
It seems like Dice and the jazz fest are saying ticket holders can do this but not actually taking the steps to allow it to happen. He bought the extra pass on the expectation it could be legitimately offered back on the waitlist, but clearly it never was despite Dice’s promise.
If we knew this at the outset, we could have found a buyer on our own but now it may be too late and we have lost the opportunity to recoup our money.
I’m planning to report to the attorney generals consumer unit because it seems like a fraudulent business practice

UPDATE: The developer response ignores that we were simultaneously offering and seeking a 3-day pass on different accounts. The app never gave either of us the chance to buy or sell. So it did not work as promised

Fast & Helpful Support

Amazing customer service! I accidentally bought the wrong tickets during the Wildlands presale rush, and the dice team changed them the same day. The process was so quick and easy, and they took all the stress away. Thank you!

Yep!

Just works!

On the waitlist, thought id never get a ticket

They made it happen! Great way to get last minute offiers

Great service

Always so easy to buy tickets, great customer service too.

Say they protect event fans from predatory resellers - yet they are one themselves

They don’t let you set a price for your tickets or sell them in other platforms to “protect fans and artists” yet when you add a ticket to resale in their app they skim at least 50% profit on top. When you thought ticketing cannot get worse after Ticketmaster…

Update after the developer’s reply: the developer claims they are not making up the tickets on resale but I have screenshots from their app proving that this is exactly what they are doing. In the meantime I have contacted the developer over a week now with this evidence over email and they have been ghosting me

Tickets Don’t Scan

Nick Cave Show not good enough

Super!

Easy to use & quick to buy tickets! I do recommend😉

Decent & also buggy

I really appreciate that there is an alternative to Ticketmaster, AXS, and others! However, it is incredibly frustrating & sometimes impossible to send tickets to another person (must share all contacts, when choosing a contract the app just calls people rather than selecting a person), and these bugs have existed in the app for months now. Please address this, Dice people! I would be so grateful.
