Very efficient app and customer service was outstanding!
I had a question about tickets purchased for a show in Vegas. They researched my tickets that I bought a couple months ago, and let me know what I purchased and confirmed that we had actual seats instead of SRO. Appreciate the extra care and support the team at Dice offered.
Awful refund policy
You gave about one hour to get a refund, for a concert you cancelled after it officially started. Insanely bad business practices and customer experience.

Buy tix , drinks and even parking! Dice is honestly my fav platform! Great customer service and quick replies if you need help on tickets. Doesn’t have a robotic feel! One of a kind and ahead of its time! I love me some DICE!!
Worst Third Party
Can’t access my ticket the day of the concert and their email team is unresponsive. Cant call anyone since they don’t publicly share a customer phone number. Also can’t request a refund because their app lost the information for my ticket. Cant even see the barcode for my ticket via email because I have to log into the app that lost my ticket, stupid. Thanks Dice for taking my money and making it impossible to go my concert, somehow you became worst than TM

Was a great app, but their return policy made me stop using it
Purchase a ticket by mistake or have a change of plans? Sorry, if you’re not within the 24 hour window you’re SOL. Talked to customer support and their response was “sorry you missed the window by a couple hours, your best bet is to send the ticket to a friend!”
Customer Service
I had a personal issue come up that prevented me from attending a concert, so I took a chance at a refund with zero hope of them helping me out. I got a response almost immediately from a real human who acted like a real human by offering her condolences and refunding my money. I couldn’t believe it. It was a ray of light in an otherwise very dark day 🙏

Why do I need an app for this
The app works just fine. The app itself is not my issue.
Why, on god’s green earth, do I need - as the website states - NEED - the DICE app to attend a show.
I saw as a response to another review that you can present your ID to get into a show. Why wouldn’t you tell people that?
If I can go in with my ID, just say that. Just add the one line of text. DICE can give me dev privileges and I will, for free, add that line of text for them. Genuinely. Would have saved them this and many other one-star reviews.
To whoever is reading this, I don’t care if the policy makes sense, if you have no ill intent, not selling data, etc. In a world where every light switch, fast food restaurant, and megacorp wants you to “dOwNlAD OuR aPP” this comes off as predatory and needlessly anti consumer.
I’m a touring musician who wants, more than anything else, for there to be great ways for fans to buy tickets without needing to interface with Live Nation. But this kinda stuff is what drives people away.
I’m incredibly interested in DICE and what they do. I would love to talk to a human person about this to lend my voice to make this a better experience for everyone.

Excellent customer service
DICE is brilliant for all of your event booking requirements and has a great range of events to choose from. The customer service team were also incredibly helpful when I had an problem. They were super friendly and resolved my issue in a timely manner.
Best app to find new shows & sets
I love this app so much, especially the grouping of certain events together, like outdoor events etc. so amazing. And whenever I save it they alert me!

No Reason for this to Exist
Absolutely no reason the website can’t provide tickets directly instead of this app. Doesn’t work with Apple wallet either. Seems like scammer data collection behavior

Really easy to use app with amazing customer service that replies quickly even on the weekend! This is the best way I have seen to hold tickets, share them or sell them to another concert goer!

I’ve got it to go to one event and needed this app, and… it was a total failure, the venue did not accept any QR codes I was told at the very beginning, asked for a refund and they (dice) did me a “favor” returning my money after several emails… happily deleted it.

Dice is AMAZING, I wish you guys could put Ticketmaster and the rest of them out of business, the technology and Customer Service is so prompt and seamless. I love it. I love it. I love it!!!!!!
What?
Dice did not reimburse for my ticket even though I asked for a refund within the time needed for a refund. INSTEAD Dice resold my ticket after I already paid for it - making double the profit off a single ticket...
