Poor poor poor
I recently purchased 3 tickets for an event. I really wanted to go and see it was four months before it was due to happen and I found out the day after purchasing that I had a family event. I couldn’t get out of I contacted DICE to get a refund and they would not refund me, they said. The only way I can have a refund is if the event is cancelled or sold out I wasted 150 quid and this is just so poor from DICE. I will never use this company again for this reason it’s just very tight, very wrong !!! and bad business. 👎👎

Good for following and signing up for events but it kinda sucks if you can’t make an event. Really hard to resell because they don’t allow you to get refunded or use 3rd party sellers. Only allows ticket transfer to people who have their app :( customer service was not helpful with these issues
What happened?!?
Used to love this app now I can’t even use it!! When u go to open the app it does load and I get a pop up that says sorry something went wrong try again later. I can’t even get into my account or see anything
Why does this app need full calendar access?
Trying to add events to my calendar, app says it needs access, but settings show it has access to add events to my calendar, so it’s asking for full access which will let it see all my events in my calendar (dates, times, locations, who else is invited, etc). Why is this level of access needed to my calendar? It’s unjustified. If it isn’t meant to have full access to my calendar just to add events, then there’s a bug in the app.

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. If the app already has access to add events to your calendar, you can leave it as that in the settings, no need to give full access.

Whole experience has been horrible
It’s bad enough that I have to download an app to access tickets, but it doesn’t allow you to add tickets to wallet. App takes forever to load and then just tries to sell you on other events before it finally lets you get to your tickets. There’s no option to sell or transfer tickets. Just a horrible experience.

Thus is the least user friendly site for purchasing tickets. It is cumbersome and just plain complicated. I bought tickets back in July for a September event but they were nowhere. So I wasn’t able to just put them in my wallet for safekeeping. So when the tickets appeared just a few hours before the concert it looked like I hadn’t paid for them! I guessed I forgot
And paid for two tickets. Lo and behold now 4 tickets appeared.
I don’t need or didn’t want to buy 4 tickets! I’ll never use them again.

refund option sucks
if you bought tickets from someone else DO NOT GET A REFUND. they refund original payment methods. i will never attend a show again if this is the only ticket platform.

Forcing an app download to access tickets is asinine. Ticket access should be available through the mobile site. This feels predatory and opportunistic: I want to see one show that a close friend plays in, and now some app wants to sell my location and data. No.

Hi there DICE. I’m so thrilled I got tickets for Angine de Poitrine at Troxy 19th October. I have two tickets but we are in not seated together. One ticket is row J, seat 30, the other is row P, seat 45. If a ticket becomes available next to either seat, would we be able to swap out so we can sit together? Thank you so much.
