Alien developer
I have rarely seen a more non-intuative user interface. Absolute garbage and buggy to boot. This is on iPhone, so no excuses. Fire these clowns and get a human developer.
Do not buy tickets from RA
Non-existent support after our tickets were scanned before we arrived at the event. The response from support was a joke. I’ll just buy at the door next time someone tries to use this untrustworthy platform to sell tickets.
Stuck in log-in loop and cannot purchase tickets
Tried it in my app and browsers for at least 10 times across multiple days. Please make the experience better it’s very annoying

why do you make me fill in 100 forms and give you all my information then make me download an app, and change my location just to view tickets? please learn how to make a proper app
The worst concert app maybe ever
Looks like it was coded by a toddler. The UI literally breaks when you move it around, the site itself doesn’t work properly if you don’t have the app and the verification emails will result in errors not allowing you to log in or access your tickets, until you download the app which will also not allow you to to log in if you have already purchased tickets online. Maybe the worst thing ever created in terms of digital ticket guides and just all around terrible app that does not work.
