The worst concert app maybe ever
Looks like it was coded by a toddler. The UI literally breaks when you move it around, the site itself doesn’t work properly if you don’t have the app and the verification emails will result in errors not allowing you to log in or access your tickets, until you download the app which will also not allow you to to log in if you have already purchased tickets online. Maybe the worst thing ever created in terms of digital ticket guides and just all around terrible app that does not work.

Sometimes glitchy
Sometimes the app doesn’t actually list all the events (ie- someone just sent me a link to a show on August 1st in my city, but when I check the events list, this event doesn’t appear.)

Useless app
I was forced to download this app to get my tickets instead of getting a PDF download option.
As bad as the big companies
Charging an admin fee when to issue a refund when an event is cancelled. Anyone but RA.
Stuck in log-in loop and cannot purchase tickets
Tried it in my app and browsers for at least 10 times across multiple days. Please make the experience better it’s very annoying

Missing features
The app generally works fibe but I miss several important features on the event list that make me use the web version instead.
1) On the list of all events, it doesn’t show posters. You have to open every individual event to see the poster. On the mobile browser you can trigger to show posters by using the “request desktop version” and zooming out a bit, which is not that bad. Maybe if the mobile app showed posters it would give people more incentive to use it.
2) On the list of all events, lineup for each event only first one line and is cut by three dot. Isn’t it an important detail to show? You need to click every signle individual event to see the full lineup. Would be nice if it didn’t cut the lineup and could show like 3-4 lines of the lineup. Web version cuts the lineup at the end of the second line, while mobile version cuts it on the first line.
3) On the event page, there is no genre category. I look at it to have a quick glance what the event is going to sound like. Mobile app is unfortunately missing it.

4) Event pages miss embeds. Could they be included simply as links? Would be cool if soundcloud links opened in the soundcloud app.

Events listing bug
For the past month or so, the app has been showing me events from the night before or even earlier that week.
Doubt it’s intentional. Quite annoying as scrolling down to the current day only gives a very limited list of what’s happening.

I would love to have a smooth user experience but every time I’ve opened this app it glitches.

My perfect app
I just moved to a new city and I loveee dj shows and events. I check RA daily to see what is happening around me! And the vibe of people at these events is so perfect.
