我小孩在中国打车 过路费自己现金交的， 结果司机再系统上又扣了一笔， 找客服， 全部是自动选项 根本没有人工处理， 而自动选项有没有这一项， 整个系统就像一个庞大而又漏洞百出的的机器在吸血 My kid was taking a ride-hailing car in China and paid the toll fee in cash. But then the driver charged it again through the app. I tried to contact customer service, but it was all automated options with no human support at all—and that scenario wasn’t even one of the options. The whole system is like a huge, leaky machine sucking money out of people.

顺风车和平台都特别差
司机约定时间不出现，到了时间需要赶高铁时间，你着急了滴滴就给你推高价车
定位问题
这个滴滴的定位不准，用着也卡，非常糟糕的app
收取的费用不提供对应的发票
打车从首都机场会天津。平台多收了60元高速费和30元停车费，但是不提供对应的发票。这个让人很疑惑。既然平台能收费就应该提供对应的发票，如果提供不了就不该收费。不然就是平台乱收费，或者偷税漏税。
优惠与实际不符
本来打车去程用的其他软件只要36，在搭车的过程中收到短信有个优惠10元的券，就下载了APP，返程用的滴滴APP，结果算上优惠的10元还要42多点，那你就是还收了我你APP打广告的费用，垃圾玩意。卸载了，再次打车我用其他软件
顺风车联系不上
我们需要去赶高铁 提前3个小时联系了顺风车 到时候车主联系不上 滴滴故意派单极其高价 是原来的2.5倍 投诉没有用
差👎
客服都是什么？等待40分钟没人应答，始终显示排队第一名？遇到紧急事情第一时间客服都联系不到？太差了！

在滴滴租车广告的引导下，第一次使用滴滴租车，在远期租了一辆奔驰A型车，价格蛮优惠的，没想到第二天商家就来电话了，找借口说公司哪时候已经不在哪个点营业了，让我取消预定，我告知如果要取消，请让滴滴联系我，然后对方编了个短信莫名的短信，说我没有通过安全审核，其实我也能猜出他们为什么让我取消预定，只因为我预约的时段是他们旺季，而他们的价格没有及时做修正，此事我后续及时与滴滴租车客服联系，奇葩的是他们客服竟然也说我没有通过安全审核，我说你拿出证据吧，有证据我立马取消，但稚嫩的客服又不知道说什么好，我让他汇报他们领导，再给我回复，然而他们由此就没音信了，一周后我在支付宝后台向支付宝反馈（因为我在支付宝界面进入他们APP的），这下他们来电话了，然后又给出了不按规则处理的方案，说陪100了事，我告知他们，作为一家第三方平台的租车公司，你最起码是中立位置来处理问题，如果你站在商家角度维护商家利益，那么消费者自然会用脚投票，消费者不会找一个平台在遇到权益受侵害时，平台站在客户对立面与客户斗争，这样的平台是不会有机会发展的，此时最终以消费者权益受侵的结局了结，同时我也取消了在他们平台上另一个七天用车订单，如果有滴滴租车领导看到这个评价，希望公司层面上引起重视，如果以这种理念来发展这个新项目，哪这平台是没有机会像滴滴出行这么成功的，只有与消费者站在一起，维护他们的合法权益，滴滴租车才有机会赢得发展机遇！

Ich wurde in Hong Kong um 12€ betrogen daher 0sterne
Ich habe in Hong Kong ein Didi Bestellt das dann eine Nachricht geschickt hat mehr als einen Kilometer vom vereinbarten Standort und ich hatte einen 3 Minuten Zeitraum um es zu schaffen da ich leider kein olympischer Sprinter bin wurde das Geld dann einfach gestohlen obwohl die Fahrt gecancelt wurde

The app used to be better
The app was alright, now it will always route you a longer way so they can charge you more. If you want to charge me more than charge me more but get me there as quickly as possible. Bunch of crooks.
Absolute scam
Ordered a ride, the app said 21yen, within 10 seconds it says ride accepted, taxi turns up and takes me back to hotel, later that night it says I owe 73yen, I can’t order another ride till it’s paid and I’m with my family so I pay it and then speak to customer service who say that when I selected economy ride there were none available so the app selected taxi which is 3.5 times more expensive, so now I have to flag it as a fraudulent transaction with Visa as Didi won’t issue a refund, beware it’s a complete scam!

No option to pay cash
I could not connect my credit card in the app so I had to pay driver by cash but now in the app it still shows that I have not paid the fare ! Can you let me know solution on this ?
