Through surge only gives trips to drivers with DiDi stickers on their vehicles and banned other .. unfair, discrimination
Unfair Driver Treatment & False Allegations Without Verification
DiDi’s support system is completely unfair. A passenger made a fake report claiming I was texting while driving, even though my phone was on a dashboard mount for GPS. DiDi immediately issued a permanent warning and restricted my account without any real investigation. They rely on copy-pasted automated replies and ignore clear dashcam video evidence from drivers. Extremely disappointing platform.

its effect for driver
coustmer supports are not good and didi was also not good for driver.
Worst support ever
I’ve requested a TSL Label since May. It’s September now. Still nothing. I’ve been messaging their support team every fortnight since May and it’s just ridiculous that they say they’re going to send a label, yet 4 months later and I haven’t even received the label to drive for them. What a joke.
Too many kilometres for tiny reward
Why didi works against driver ? Less than $ 1 dollars per kilometres? Mostly, empty back to city.

Driver fares keep getting lower
I would not recommend driving for DiDi. Driver fares seem to be changed frequently without clear notice or explanation, and the rates have been getting lower and lower.
For example, I am now seeing DiDi Max trips from Sydney Airport T1 to the CBD paying only around $26. For a larger vehicle, considering fuel, maintenance, depreciation and waiting time, these fares are simply not worth it.
Drivers deserve transparent pricing and proper notice when fare structures change. Constantly reducing what drivers earn without clear communication destroys trust in the platform.
DiDi keeps reducing driver fares without clear notice or transparency. Drivers are being offered increasingly low fares while having to cover fuel, maintenance, depreciation and other operating costs themselves. The current fares are becoming unacceptable. A company that repeatedly changes driver earnings without proper communication loses the trust of its drivers.

It feels like drivers are treated as modern slave.
DiDi used to be good, but now the pay rates are terrible. It feels like drivers are treated as modern-day slaves—doing all the work, covering all the costs, and getting very little in return. Extremely disappointing and unfair to drivers.

Be aware of scamming policies
Didi is always trying to scam you. Think more than twice before getting into this trap. Unlike Uber, Didi has a rude support team, doesn't care about drivers' and their cars' safety, no insurance for minor damages in the app or insurance discount, no rewards except fuel (6c per litre discount also in your Linkt rewards), no cleaning fees, is not trustworthy, not responsible, etc. In the end, you will have worked hard, but you won't get anything back except a damaged car with high mileage and bankruptcy

Didi’s help.safety team is terrible
They restricted driver’s account without any clear reason or evidence and never give them a chance to explain.when you asked why ,they only repeated the same useless template response:you violated our policy. No details no proof no transparency. If you are a driver you don’t have fair treatment and proper appeal process here.
