Be aware of scamming policies
Didi is always trying to scam you. Think more than twice before getting into this trap. Unlike Uber, Didi has a rude support team, doesn't care about drivers' and their cars' safety, no insurance for minor damages in the app or insurance discount, no rewards except fuel (6c per litre discount also in your Linkt rewards), no cleaning fees, is not trustworthy, not responsible, etc. In the end, you will have worked hard, but you won't get anything back except a damaged car with high mileage and bankruptcy

Didi’s help.safety team is terrible
They restricted driver’s account without any clear reason or evidence and never give them a chance to explain.when you asked why ,they only repeated the same useless template response:you violated our policy. No details no proof no transparency. If you are a driver you don’t have fair treatment and proper appeal process here.

They not asking driver for any issues. Just suspend a account. All didi riders are poor quality. Uber is best

It shows the less amount and after a ride it keeps asking to pay more , it’s not a single time , I keep getting charged multiple times after my ride , SCAM

I’m disappointed and disgusted
This app has been nothing short of disappointing and disgusting. I work extra hard to make a living and to pay all of my bills. Didi promised an increase in fares which never materialized. Then a few months down the line they reduce the fares. Nowadays I also don’t get as many requests as I used to. Customer service is no longer available 24/7, and when I call I have to wait for ages before my call gets picked up. The help center on the driver app is not actually helpful, i usually have to answer a series of questions and then I don’t manage to speak to a customer service agent. Today my salary has not been transferred to my bank account which caused me a lot of stress. Not all of my trips are accounted for in my service score. I keep seeing that I received five star ratings but that never gets reflected, and my overall rating drops. Not to mention that when I try to withdraw earnings in the middle of the week, it never goes through. This is unacceptable and all of the above needs to be fixed.

Stealing money from driver and lying about trip
Didi steals money from its drivers and lie about trip they send out to drivers. They are running scam. Uber is so much better @uber is real

It's nothing more than a bait-and-switch. They lure drivers online with promises of rewards, then leave them sitting there for hours with little or no work. Meanwhile, drivers waste their time, fuel, and vehicle expenses while the company benefits.

Left Without Support When I Needed It Most
Very disappointed with DiDi Driver Support. When I needed help, I felt completely ignored and left without any real assistance. The difference compared to Uber is huge—Uber’s support is far more responsive, reliable, and driver-focused. I will bet didi will lose honest drivers like me if they don’t care about drivers for sure .

No accountability
Customer was in my car and he cancelled the trip on the middle of nowhere. I was just about to read the destination. It was a 23 km trip but the customer refunded all the amount and I didn’t get anything despite contacting DD number of time. what a useless staff no one is taking accountability. Honestly it’s a very weird I just took customer and drive more than 29 km still I didn’t get anything because it was just a mistake of customer still I have to pay the price and didn’t get anything

If the driver rejected job offer, why offered again, without at least $10 fare difference? Affecting our accepting rate ? This is just silly, this type of company never do
